What We'll Be Doing...
We all have relationships that have challenged us, made us feel small, or that have felt as though they were brought to us to cause us harm. Using the lens of mirror work, we recognize that we attract all circumstances in our life vibrationally, and that when we attract a relationship that does not feel “right” there is something our deeper self is trying to get us to acknowledge and heal within ourselves.
Whether it be an ex that caused you significant pain, a parent who has made you feel unworthy or unwanted, a friend that has betrayed your trust, or a coworker that drives you crazy— your higher self has attracted that person and that relationship into your life experience in order to grow.
When we approach these relationships from a higher perspective with the intention of uncovering the lessons we are meant to learn for our growth as a person, they will arise. When the lessons are understood and acknowledged, there is the opportunity for forgiveness and release.
Forgiveness is an extremely powerful neutralizing agent in our lives that leads to the liberation of trapped energy and will act as a catalyst to push you forward in your life and in your quest for self discovery and self mastery.
Join us for two hours on Wednesday to look at the challenging relationships in your life in a new light, to learn the lessons you’re meant to learn, and find forgiveness for yourself and others.
We will be having open discussion, journal time, and guided meditation meant to provide you with an opportunity for true forgiveness.
