This week’s Soul Circle is going to be devoted to understanding, clearing and fortifying the auric field.

Some of you may have heard the term “aura” before, and maybe you’ve heard or seen images how different auras can appear with different colors. That’s great, but we’re going to dive a bit deeper.

My intention in this session is to expand your understanding of the aura and the reality that every living thing emits an electromagnetic signature that manifests as a field of energy surrounding the physical body or vessel. This energetic field, similar to the physical body, can be damaged, weakened or compromised over time due to many different factors.

I’m sure you can think of several times in your life when you’ve been around someone in a bad mood and all of a sudden you find your own mood sinking down. Or you’ve been at the mall, office or grocery store and leave feeling totally drained.

It’s all energetic, and without knowing how to consciously cleanse and protect your field, you’ll continue to deal with these and more unpleasant scenarios.

Half of this session will be dedicated to diving deeper into the scientific explanation of this energetic field, and the second half will be a guided meditation for you to begin clearing your aura of any energetic grunge you’ve picked up over your life, and fortifying it so that you can move through your life free from picking up unwanted harmful energies or emotions from other people or places.

You will leave feeling lighter, more energized and with new techniques you can use on your own to constantly protect, clear and strengthen your energetic field.
