During the first decade of an individual’s life, the developing brain remains in a highly suggestible state, which means that whatever is being experienced in those first few years is being programmed into the deep inner subconscious mind as a belief system that will continue to operate throughout the individual’s life.

The focus of this Evolve workshop will be on the negative experiences that have been seared into the deep inner mind that have resulted in limiting and unwanted life patterns that have been being played out continuously and unconsciously in our lives due to a wounded inner child frozen in time.

Tealla and I will be sharing our own experiences with inner child healing, and we will be discussing what circumstances could lead to inner child wounds, what symptoms imply there is inner child wounding in the adult life, and trauma responses in the adult life.

There will be time dedicated to breaking into small groups to be sacred witnesses for whatever is coming forward, and we will be wrapping up the workshop with a guided meditation to connect with, teach and heal our wounded inner children.

When we sit down with these younger versions of you in meditation, and validate their experiences while sharing with them the resulting discomfort those limiting beliefs have caused, and we give them the love, support, and nourishment they weren’t receiving, you will be fundamentally changed.

The effects of this work will radiate throughout your entire life. Relationships, perceptions, thoughts and behaviors all change to meet this new reality, this new version of you. You will be more whole, more understanding, more connected to your younger self, and this is the intention of this workshop.
